General Project Information
During most projects Prestige Home Construction LLC will tear out and haul away all existing material. Before concrete is poured, there will be a 4” compacted gravel base. Our typical concrete mix is 6 1/2 sack (4500 psi) air entrained, with fiber. 10 gauge wire mesh, rebar and expansion will be used when/where needed. Concrete will be cured and sealed when completed, and cut where needed. Prestige Home Construction is NOT responsible for any landscaping.
